Your Path To Holistic Wellness
What I Offer
Explore my holistic approach to health through homeopathy, nutrition, and yoga.

Personalised Homeopathy
My personalised approach to homeopathy is to work alongside you, supporting you on your healing path. Through regular consultations in a relaxed atmosphere we start to unravel the root cause of why your body is out of balance. Then what remedies will be needed in order to bring you back into equilibrium.
My special interests are in helping people with skin complaints such as ezcema and acne, female hormonal problems like PCOS or menopause and children's health.
Naturopathic Nutrition
We live in a world that's full of toxins and hidden chemicals. Supporting your healing path through nutrition and lifestyle I believe is essential. During homeopathy sessions I may make suggestions such as food choices, using supportive herbs and sometimes supplements if they are needed. I see many cases where further support is needed for gut health. If I think we need even more information then I will also suggest tests such as a hair mineral test analysis to establish further root causes of ill health.

Yoga
Yoga can be incorporated into your healing plan and if this is something you are interested in please contact me. Often I suggest breathing exercises to my homeopathy & nutrition clients, for example, to support and calm the nervous system. This is especially beneficial if someone is anxious, hormones are out of balance or they have insomnia. I offer yoga separately either as a one to one session or to attend a class or workshop.
Testimonials
"I've found Homeopathy incredible for getting myself out of an energy
slump. I was really depleted and unmotivated with many aspects of my
life. Now I'm bouncing and finally letting go of so much. I have
endless energy and feel so much happier. Thank you for helping."Kelly
" I have suffered badly with anxiety for many years. I have tried
prescription drugs from the GP and CBT/counselling. Of course these
methods have their place but recently I have been seeking more
natural methods to help alleviate my anxiety and treat my health. I
have started to see a wonderful Homeopath called Sally Ann who has
helped memassively."

not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but passionate,
committed, caring, empathetic and totally person/client centred. An
asset to her profession."Tanya
"Sally Ann is a master of her craft. It's very rare to come across a yoga
teacher who practices authentically and traditionally. Sally Ann is
just that. She connects with the lineage of yoga with the upmost
respect for the practice and it's a joy to be in her classes."Amy
"Sally has an excellent way of addressing people in a class. Sally's tone of
voice has a natural quality very well suited to yoga and relaxation,
especially when it comes to yin yoga. I highly recommend trying
Sally's classes. Very inclusive and considerate of your body's own
ability"Tom
"I love Sally’s yoga class. She is methodical and patient. She gives
straight forward and easy to follow instruction with gentle praise
and encouragement. She helps to develop confidence in the practice
always giving useful tips for health and wellness. She explains how
and why certain poses improve strength and flexibility as well as
taking care not to over extend and stretch. My practice with her has
developed to suit and my ability has improved which keeps the
practice fresh and interesting. I can't recommend her highly enough".Sharon
"I'vebeen going to Sally's classes for 6 months now. I've made more
progress in 6 months than I have in the last 5 years doing yoga in
various different places around the Swansea Valley. I find Sally's
classes the most authentic I've ever been to. I love that each class
honours the tradition with a closing ceremony. Sally Thank you so
much, Namaste".Mathew
